- 12-20-13 - The Hardin County Detention Center is now the first Jail in the State of Kentucky to have Electronic GED system in place at the facility. Today we received our accreditation from Pearson VUE to be a authorized testing center.

| The Hardin County Detention Center will be handing out gifts again this year for the inmate's children between the ages of 2 to 12 years of age. |
